Do you outsource any of your contracts?

Absolutely not. Any contract we sign our name to will stay in house. Your company's information will always be protected when it is entrusted to us, as well as your peace of mind knowing that if there is ever a problem with your service, we'll be the ones to directly answer each question you might have.

How do I know when and how you are maintaining my site content?

To answer this question you must first understand how the dynamics of our company work. Because our work is done in our own offices, sometimes a thousand or more miles away from you, you're not hiring an 8 to 5 in house designer or tech. Therefore, if you select a block of hours per month, those hours could be filled by our staff working in the wee hours of the morning, as well as the normal 8 to 5 work day. If you are uncomfortable with selecting a per hour rate, we also offer specific site maintenance tasks.

I am a very small business, how can I afford to hire your company?

This is a question we are asked countless times. Frankly, your business can't afford to not have some type of web management or marketing in place. As more and more of the world moves online, you and your company have to be ready for the dynamic changes. No matter where you are on the spectrum of business finance, we can help you maintain and grow your web resources. All businesses started small.

Is there a comprehensive list of all the services you offer?

There is, and we are adding services daily. If you would like to pick and choose which services you need, you can submit a request for a service specific contract.

What are your hourly rates?

You may see our sliding scale rates here . In short, the more hours you contract with us, the smaller the per hour rate. Our rates start at $50 per hour, and are gradually scaled down to $45 per hour. We currently offer a max of 15 hours per month.
